Improving the factory work environment with a non-wet mist: "Cool Mist Line"

The key to heat stroke prevention in factories and work sites is the completely dry mist "Cool Mist Line"! It can be achieved at a low cost.

This is a mist that completely prevents products and workers from getting wet. It can be used even in factory environments where getting wet is a concern. ★ With an average particle size of 15μm, it cools through high-speed vaporization. ★ In summer, it provides site cooling of over -8°C (varies by environment), and in winter, it can be used for humidification throughout the year. There have been cases where the temperature dropped from 40°C to 27°C depending on the installation environment. ★ It can be installed in a space, requiring minimal space for installation. ★ Both the initial and running costs can be kept low. Air usage: 28ℓ/min, water usage ranges from 7mℓ/min to 40mℓ/min, with approximately 4ℓ used per unit per day (8 hours). ★ Easy installation If you have a compressor and water supply, installation is possible. Customers can also install it themselves, and it can be operational immediately. If there is no water supply, it can also be used with a water tank (available in 2L and 5L options). ★ Of course, it significantly reduces electricity costs. Compared to a spot air conditioner (2-port type) at 1.7kW, the Cool Mist Line uses only 0.264kW of compressor electricity, allowing for approximately 85% reduction in electricity consumption per unit. ★ We can come for a demonstration (we also offer rental of demo units).

This product is a high-efficiency gas fryer that improves thermal efficiency and creates a comfortable and clean working environment.
